Once we receive and inspect the returned plant, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a plant, you may return the original plant and place a new order for the desired plant.
If the return is due to our error (damaged item, wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Indoor plants are living organisms and require proper care adapted to German indoor conditions. We are not responsible for plant health issues that arise from improper care, unsuitable German environmental conditions, or neglect after delivery. Please follow the care instructions provided with your indoor plant, which are tailored for German homes and offices.
